店主選人眼光自認也不錯😆...
一直好多班都自己教，Studio 5年了，我認為是對的時間”Right Time” 去成長擴大了。
很多學生怕我開了分店上不了我的堂，又找不到有Heart 的老師，當然我也擔心，所以我每次選擇的瑜伽老師都是必須經過我的精心挑選！

對我而言，能夠完成高難度的體位法並不代表是一位成功的瑜伽行者。
瑜伽是一種適合不同人士的活動。透過自我修行，在每一次練習中與自己的身體慢慢溝通，學懂欣賞自己的長處並接受自己的不足。
各人在瑜伽的旅程上都走著不一樣的路，毋需與別人比較，好好享受屬於自己的寧靜。
期待在課堂上與大家分享更多瑜伽的樂趣，一起學習一起成長。
I truly believe that achieving difficult asanas does not make yourself as a successful yogi/yogini.
Yoga is suitable for everyone, no matter your age, your gender. It is about communicating with your body and mind through each of the practice.
Everyone is on their own path.There is no need to compare yourself with others. Simply enjoy your peaceful moment.
